We had 3 boats signed up for CRAB this past Saturday and 2 boats that actually sailed and completed the race in super light and hot conditions. The Capital Gazette this morning said 0-5 knots and an ebbing tide. I was going to say 2-6 and that the downwind leg of the 5 mile triangle course, which was from G87 to a drop mark up toward the Bay bridge was made even more difficult with that outgoing tide on the nose. The last leg back to a drop mark and then R2 (the start and finish) was a welcome upwind sail with a following current. Skimmer finished 1st and Juice 2nd.
